I am passionate about photography - it's rare to find me without a camera, even if it's just a handbag sized one! I've been taking photos since I was about eight years old, and professionally for many years now after a career in advertising, media and marketing. Of all photographic subjects, people are my favourite as my husband and children know only too well. I have a relaxed, informal style which appeals to clients who are nervous about having their photo taken, and since I specialise in real moments, my photographs are full of emotion, depicting the real person or the real story of the wedding day. I love driving, which is a good thing as I travel throughout the UK for meetings with clients, clocking up about 25,000 miles a year. In the UK I've been as far north as the Isle of Skye, as well as to the South West and Wales. My love of travel means that I like nothing better than an overseas trip for work and I travel extensively all year round, not just for weddings but also for portraiture shoots and special events. My most recent overseas assignments have been in France and Italy, but I often travel much further for weddings, with the most unusual location so far being Angola.
